Schokolake Country House — Restaurant in Dahu

We went to the place almost 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon. The place is serene and calm. It’s not overcrowded so I guess that day was the perfect time for us.

The fee is 200ntd which is consumable. We use the ticket to get something from the chocolate shop and as well as do the DIY.

As what I’ve read from someone’s previous review that “they should atleast explain the percentage of chocolate added and other ingredients in making so” I guess it’s not neccessary as they have mini museum indoor.

Their DIY I think is an additional activity kids would enjoy. My daughter had fun and was so glad that she made something for her dad on Father’s Day.

We bought some chocolates and choclate bread.

As we went late, we didnt eat anything because we just went to a BIG BUFFET before going there. But instead we got the Ice shave Mango which is so good. The mango ice cream on top is not that sweet which really complimented the sweet mango.

The service was great. The girl in the counter assist us and help us whenever we ask a question, favor or help. They are really nice.

We will dedinitely go back because we havent tried...

Tour agency recommended this hotel in Miaoli. Didn't expect much, but once we checked in, we were surprised. The room was kind of huge, and there's hotspring spa at the outdoor inside the room. Definitely a good way to relax. The place is surrounded by greens.||||The hotel service is OK. The problem is the hotel room is situated at the very back of the whole compound. When you arrive by car, you need to drag your luggage along to check-in. Then, you either ask the bellboy to carry your luggage to your room, or you do it yourself. If your luggage are big and bulky, good luck.||We wanted to make a local call one night from our room, the reception didn't even know how.
