天ㄟ咖啡 — Restaurant in Dongshan

Experienced reallyBad Customer service.

There are 10 of us and the waitress does allow us to join the table at the veranda area. Claiming that we are blocking the walklkway, but obviously is not, place is so spacious.

Then They insist we should split our order because we are now in different table. They finally agree after I told them I will be the one to bring the food to the other table (like 2 meters away).

We ordered 5 cups of ice cream (2 scoop each), when we ask them about the type of flavors available they claim there are 4 types,t but we are not allowed to choose as it will be given randomly. We got a shock when they serve only Strawberry flavor for all 10 scoops. When I question the waitress, she replied " sorry that is what the kitchen gives', , and walk off.

This will be the LAST time we will ever visit. Food looks ok but we have already loss...

Update: being here too many times. The view in this cafe is incredible. They also have parking. Super easy access by the lake. Price is high for the menu they provided. But the location beats everything. Coffee is acceptable，food is not recommended. Come here pure for views. Also, their google hours shows 8:00am opening hour, but when I show up at that time, and they say it’s only for their customers that stay at the RV park. Bummer. Simple change in their business hours is such...
