友善的提醒；今日前往消費，看著前面仍有2~3位在排隊，期間的觀察，一位站前檯的服務員(應該是較生手)，所以整體的流程較不順暢，另外2位在後場做餐(前檯已一團糟了)，過了一會兒，才又見到另一位服務員出來(行雲流水的熟練)，將每位顧客的需求一一滿足，我算是半個同業，也了解熟手、生手的訓練，但建議應用在適當的時間，向這樣的尖峰時間，應由熟手來掌控，熟手不應躲在後場，而讓生手在前一團亂，又讓顧客乾著急...

三顆星是給點單的工作人員的，態度很好，餐點真是難吃，一顆星都不想給，蛋糕干巴巴，感覺放了很久，咖啡跟另一家比難喝很多，我也不懂，都是85℃，怎麼味道還有差別。小朋友就是喝了另一家的同款，念念不忘，結果這次，喝過，說再也不來了。。。最後蛋糕也沒吃完，咖啡剩下一大半，真是失敗的一次下午茶。

點了一杯熱美式，非常失望，和我在其他分店喝的感覺差真多，熱美式的溫度只有約30度C, 跟小姐反應，她拿回去後加熱水，再用打熱機加熱（小姐說的）！？溫度不夠表示咖啡已煮了一段時間，取回加熱水？？？，打熱機？？？ 打熱機是微波爐嗎？小姐說不是 一顆心給服務人員努力讓溫冷咖啡變熱咖啡
