Moon Area — Hotel in Douliu City

We stayed here twice to visit Douliu university. This hotel is value for money but has two very different customers groups. During our stay the majority of customers were regular families and businessmen. For that purpose the hotel offers real value for money. Especially the 200m2 suite for 69 euro is a bargain. Room cleaning could be improved though. At the same time the hotel is designed as a 'love hotel' for couples that, due to small housing, do not have proper love facilities at home. The room was huge for 3 people. More than big enough for 4 pax as well. The room is clean and tidy, comes with a big bath tub, sauna + shower and another standing shower. There is a private parking lot at level 1. The room is at the next level (about 4 to 5 flights of stairs) to reach. There is no lift - so we did struggle to carry our luggages up to the room and move them down when we checked out. The motel room is very big. There is a private parking lot in front of the room. Some rooms come with lift and some just stairs. Suggest to request room with lift if there are elderly who require assistance. The service staff are very helpful and friendly especially Yui and Jie went the extra mile to resolve my transport issue as I don’t drive.
