The restaurant seemed nice at first, but the waiter chewing paan masala while taking our order was unpleasant. My friend even asked if it's common in restaurants in India. Because of this environment, you're not only ruining the name of the restaurant but also tarnishing India's reputation. When I looked at the counter, he was spitting on the wash basin. Is this acceptable?

Order: We ordered biryani, naan, and mutton curry, but the biryani was more like a mix of rice and curry, not the real deal.

Quality: The food quality was terrible. We found metal pieces and sand in the biryani, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

The food taste and authenticity was poor. We ordered a chicken biryani, a beef roll, a chicken tandoori, and masala tea. None of them were what it’s supposed to be. Biryani was nothing like a biryani, just a curry mixed with rice, and the meat is incredibly insufficient. Beef roll, only thing I could taste was bread. Hardly any beef in it. The chicken “tandoori” was just a fried chicken in red color. Not cooked in tandoori style at all. The masala tea is just a premix tea.
