這間店在花蓮算是老字牌的店家,在你民權路上也有一間分店,當天晚上我和我家人一起去這裡享用晚餐。
店面沒有特別的裝潢,有一種老舊的感覺,原本擔心環境衛生上會不會很不乾淨,不過實際用餐體驗倒是還好。我和我家人簡單點了幾樣菜,有鳳梨蝦球(小)、宮保雞丁(小)、炒青菜(小)以及一份牛肉炒麵和蛋炒飯。
鳳梨蝦球(小):$160 現在熱炒店一盤鳳梨蝦球小份的都要賣到$200多以上甚至$300,這邊$200有找外,且一盤至少有10顆以上且味道也不輸外面的店家,其實只要淋上多一點美乃滋我就很開胃了,另外他們的蝦球也沒說很小顆,我認為這道cp值蠻高的。
宮保雞丁(小):$140 宮保雞丁的部分我認為炒的可以再稍微辣一點會更有味道,雖然本身沒有很能吃辣,但感覺這道就是少了一個味。
炒青菜(小):$60 其實炒青菜小份份量就蠻多的,且當天青菜有高麗菜、芥菜、空心菜可以選擇,我們是選高麗菜來品嚐,他們的炒青菜鍋氣很香,炒的很下飯,只不過就是油了一點,整體比一般外面的炒青菜還要美味。
牛肉炒麵:$80 炒麵份量蠻多的,牛肉也不少,不過麵的部分口感倒是還好,算是蠻普通的一道炒飯。
蛋炒飯:$40 沒想到看似平凡無奇的蛋炒飯,卻讓我和我家人那麼的滿足,他們的炒飯香氣十足,不會太濕或太乾,調味上剛剛好帶點微微的焦香氣,只可惜分類太少,我們後來又在多叫了一盤來享用。
整體評價約4.2~4.3顆星(滿分5顆星),個人覺得算是蠻平價的餐館,我們兩人吃下來差不多$500上下,真的蠻...
