Extremely disappointed. I have eaten here many times, it is consistent and relatively good. Today I went straight to the counter to order and pay, and the girl there directed me to a table. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, because they were busy, but the food usually comes very quickly here. I asked the girl at the counter and was told to wait. I asked another staff member, who reiterated "wait". After another 15 minutes I insisted they call someone who can tell me how long it will be. A helpful young lady came and told me I was sitting at the wrong table. I really felt like nobody cared, or wanted to help me, because I'm a single foreigner and it was easier for them to just leave me sitting there. The staff member at the counter was entirely to blame, having seated me at the wrong table and repeatedly told me to just wait. This happened at 17.50 on Thu 30th May. I really don't want to be unkind, but I felt like the lady at the counter showed an incredible inability to understand the very simple situation and rectify it, having messed up in the first place.
