小城外熱炒 — Restaurant in Jincheng Township

The night we landed in Kimen we were invited to a welcome dinner by relatives. The venue wasn’t big, they had some big and some small tables in the air-conditioned room, another two bigger ones outside the JNrestaurant.

It was a little noisier than other restaurants due to its size and proximity from table to table. Service staff seemed to have difficulty walking past us. Food was pretty delicious. We termed it like 煮炒，piping hot dishes serving up to us.

A lot of patrons were drinking and speaking and cheering loudly. Must reserve your tables in advance as they were usually full house. It was a weekday night and still very busy.

Didn’t take photos as it was really packed and I kept my phone back into my haversack which was on my lap all the time. Not much space...

1.整體： 點了兩菜一湯，兩菜口味剛好都是我們喜歡的偏甜，份量也很夠，還區分大小份，吃飽後根本不想出門了XD偶爾來點台菜換換口味也不錯~雖然兩個人能點的項目不多

2.豆乳雞$230 (1)外帶盒裝有質感，以為買了一份精緻早午餐 (2)口感： 外皮脆，香酥而不膩，大塊大骨頭，肉多好咬又鮮嫩，難怪是人氣必點項目 (3)附贈醃製小菜，微酸解膩好清爽~

3.蔥爆豬$190 比豆乳雞 更甜一點，超下飯，雖有辣椒卻不辣

4.蛤仔湯$160： 蛤仔較小顆而紥實，湯頭鮮美，中規中矩

5.等待時間： 約20分鐘，建議電話訂餐後再取餐～

6.其他： 菜單上竟然有鴕鳥肉 ？！還真不敢吃XD 不時也會推出限定菜色
