One of the most disgusting bowl of ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Hard, stuck together noodles in prepackaged state. Overly salty and extremely oily soup base. Razer-thin meat slices, although this I understand as many ramen places do this to cut costs. The only saving grace was the place was clean (because I was the only customer during the busy lunch hours?) If Ippundo is a franchise, I strongly suggest the head office come over as a mystery shopper (unannounced audit) and feel the sorry state of the quality of the product here. 2 stars instead of 1 because they managed to not mess up the gyoza.
