#醉醉吃喝錄 #drunken_dining 點了越式豬肉炒河粉，先吃河粉，温度不高，甜不是酸辣，再看看碟底，有很多液體，這不算是炒，是用水透過炒的動作，將材料混合。 13度的空氣下，碟邊的河粉很快轉涼。加入「辣」醬，希望將甜的感覺轉移，可人生不如意事常八九。再吃豬肉，白白的一片片，很奇怪，暴露在空氣的是室温，沾上汁的是温暖，相信預早用水煮熟，放涼了，待上碟前才放入混合，沒有炒過!! 點了越式炸春捲，並不是用越南米紙或者白色的炸米粉捲，卻是用台灣的豆皮，這種皮炸後，很難有鬆脆的效果，而是硬帶點靭的質感。餡料用芋泥加少許粉絲沒有肉，不是用芋頭絲和肉絲!

[2022/02/09 外帶]🌕🌕🌕🌖🌑 使用foodpanda外帶自取，點牛肉河粉$110、打拋豬肉飯$110、月亮蝦餅$140、越式炸春捲$100（均比店內價稍高但可使用平台折扣)，牛肉河粉的湯頭好，打拋豬好吃只是太鹹，月亮蝦餅好吃，炸春捲份量足內餡主要是芋頭。
