Dumplings was good better than expect. Fried Dumplings not as good as expected. Soup was ok normal, Siu Mai not bad can give it a try~ since it’s close to HSR station and cheap so full of people if you are in hush not recommended, dumplings need time to cook~ Overall this restaurant was good!

回家前踩點了左營美食… 🦀️問說要吃烤肉還是火鍋… 上網📶一下選擇在地人推薦的金口祿小館… 湯品部分點了玉米濃湯及酸辣湯$35… 份量算蠻大份… 只不過酸辣湯最重要的就酸辣的口感… 但他的湯偏酸的口感… 裡面有豬肉絲、筍絲、豆腐絲、金針菇、紅蘿蔔絲、蛋絲、木耳絲…. 而玉米濃湯就偏甜的口味… 算料多實在的湯品…. 牛肉捲餅$90 捲餅的餅皮十分酥脆…. 很像蔥油餅的口感… 而牛肉內餡調味上不會過鹹… 裡面有用甜麵醬適量調味… 搭配的蔥蒜苗絲入口的辛辣味很足夠… 只是牛肉片切的比較薄牛肉我猜是半筋半肉… 所以牛肉的口感很軟嫩…. 魚翅餃、珍珠丸（3顆$60）… 個頭不大也不算小… 大概就是我可以一口吞… 不過裏面的用料真的算真材實料… 有讓我們兩個驚豔到… 珍珠丸外面的糯米軟軟糯糯… 而裏面的是新鮮豬絞肉肉紮實的口感… 一口咬下是有湯汁流出來… 顛覆了我既有冷凍珍珠丸子的記憶點… 魚翅餃餃子皮是薄皮… 內餡別期待太多有魚翅… 內餡豬肉餡加上一隻新鮮的蝦蝦帶出海鮮的味道… 也是屬於有湯汁品項… 煎餃🥟（10顆$60）… 等了20分鐘後終於上桌囉… 迫不及待地想要一口悶…但真的太燙了… 雪花餃的外皮帶著酥酥脆脆… 而內餡是豬肉餡大於菜餡… 沒有像網路說的內爆湯汁不過蘸上🦀️特調醬汁好吃…
