迪立印度蔬食 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

I don't know what's going on with management. This was by far my favorite Indian restaurant, however I've been twice in the last 3 weeks and they tell me they are sold out of most ingredients to make the majority of dishes. I can't imagine doing business like this. If they don't get their act together soon, the business will fail. I will give them one more chance as it has been my favorite, but after that, it's scratched off my list. Ugh... I just finished the meal. I can't scratch it off my list. Still...

This place is vegetarian-friendly. For those of you non-vegans, you can't find meat product here. No tips or additional service charges. You refill the water yourself. Spending time waiting for dishes to be served is required. Spicy curry and dishes can get really hot....

As authentic as it gets. This is the most flavourful menu Indian restaurant is doing in Taiwan.

Their menu is limited, but the chef does it very well. They service is also very warm and friendly.

Whoever visits Kaohsiung must go here.
