麵條口感獨特、好吃（雖然粗細不一，但好吃）有別於陽春麵、細麵、刀削麵等，老闆說一碗麵的量要用一顆蛋手工製作；福州丸、燕餃，口感一般；湯頭老闆強調用蔬菜熬煮24小時絕對不是醬油味（哦麥嘎！？蔬菜熬煮24小時，營養價值都沒了吧？！）湯頭喝起來也一般；另，以料量、質感及環境來說，市場內消費ㄧ碗麵$150算貴 燕餃湯麵$150 福州丸湯麵$140 乾麵$65 ...

一般福州丸的內餡是什麼；大概有豬絞肉、蝦米碎、蔥白末、白胡椒、糖、醬油、米酒混勻，並捏成一顆顆小球狀當內餡。

這一家的福州丸內餡完全吃不出來，而且整個內餡豬肉的口感非常差、沒味道，不但內餡肉量少、咬起來肉質非常鬆散。

湯頭甚至沒有大骨熬煮後的味道。

冬粉吃起來口感還可以。

2024/12/15 今天難得看到下午四點多高朋滿座 2024/11/02 曲高和寡的店 經常來自由黃昏市場 金盛田常常看到 但是 $170 $190的價位 好像跟黃昏市場 便宜又大碗的區隔格格不入 丸湯 80到$150 丸麵 110到190 雞蛋麵 70到80 其他的我就不多說了 覺得好吃的人還是會花貴的錢吃 不喜歡的人看到價格1秒馬上走人 聽說金盛田百貨公司也有櫃位 價格跟自由的價格是一樣沒變 自由沒有冷氣 用餐環境也還好而已 價格跟百貨公司一樣 老實說這種沒有讓我吃的誘因 與其 做生意在那邊發呆無聊 倒不如價格降低 平價實惠 客人絡繹不絕 要來得好
