我改星星顆數這次由一顆改成5顆，109年2月18號再次前來消費已經換了一批服務員，男服務員親切有禮服務態度極好。去年(就10個月前)服務人員態度冰冷沒有親和力服務態度有待加強，櫃檯第一線非常重要，這一批服務人員真的是不親切(‵﹏′) 。有如出國好不好玩取決於領隊會不會帶團，很重要 很重要 很重要 說三次。

兩位店員服務超級差~ 剛剛晚間7點在2樓喝咖啡 當下有4人 冷氣有兩台 店家只開一台 另一台設定25度，座了約30分鐘人數又多了4人 ，我問另一台冷氣可以開嗎 女店員說冷氣壞了 我又問那另一台可以調降溫度嗎？不然很悶，女店員說無法調降溫度了。 又過了20分 有一個消費者男士看了冷氣溫度很高於是走下去 過了約10分鐘另一位男店員就上來降溫 又開了另一台冷氣。

我離開現場時到櫃檯唸櫃檯小姐說 剛剛妳不是說另一台冷氣壞了嗎？為何剛剛男店員又開了，我問說剛剛妳不是說那台冷氣無法再降溫嗎？剛剛為何男店員可以調到20度 女店員說她不會調 我說冷氣遙控器妳不會調 ...

店員服務態度差，1/5號下午過去買麵包，要結帳時因小孩不懂事，觸摸到一個麵包，而店員很大聲吼叫赫止，我跟店員說，請你不要那麼大聲可以嗎！小孩觸摸的東西我會買，因為她已經嚇到我小孩與我了，幸好當時小孩沒當場哭出來，小孩不懂事，是我管教不好，但這位店員，也太情緒激動了吧！你對一個2歲多的小孩，也不用那麼兇吧！請有點同理心好嗎！他還小不懂，但還有大人在會負責任的，真的沒看過店員那麼爛，連一個笑容也沒有，我有付錢，沒欠你錢，請貴公司，教導一下你們的員工，什麼叫...
