There is an option to request for non-spicy option for the army stew by separating the sauce. Do note that kimchi is in the soup. So do remember to request to remove that as well. Read more店內空間不小,多是二或四人桌,用餐期間也不乏一個人前來用餐的。一進門店員相當親切的招呼入座,並迅速的遞上菜單並介紹菜色。餐點當然是以韓式料理為主,常見的石鍋拌飯、銅盤烤肉、部隊鍋、豆腐鍋、煎餅樣樣都有!簡單的炸醬面、豆腐鍋約 $200 出頭,比較大分多人共享的部隊鍋、烤肉大概是 $400,所以比較建議三、四個人一起來用餐,多點幾樣菜色共食。
來吃韓式料理,最棒的就是小菜可以一直續點了!這天提供三種小菜都可以無限跟店員續點:醃漬醬瓜,吃起來口感有點脆,醬油鹹味頗重口味,很像大茂黑瓜的滋味;豆芽菜也是清脆可口,但點韓式的鹹辣味;軟軟的海帶芽,咬兩下就滑溜入口,帶著微酸滋味頗開胃
豬肉豆腐鍋 - 豬肉鍋湯頭口味偏淡一點,只有微微醬的豆香味,但整體湯頭算好喝。豬肉口感不會太過乾柴,豆腐也是保持著滑嫩口感。下次來可能會改點泡菜豬肉鍋,多了韓式泡菜味道應該會更豐富一些。
韓式銅盤烤肉 - 網路上看到不少人推薦部隊鍋,本來想點,但又想吃個重口味的料理,於是就改點了銅盤烤肉。一上桌就是一大團肉擺在鍋中間,底下則是滿滿的蔬菜。料理途中要不時翻動肉片,或是將底下的湯淋上去以免燒焦。大概有醃過的關係,肉炒熟之後口感還是滿嫩的,整體醬味很重味道偏鹹中又帶著辣,吃起來超級下飯的,記得多點一碗!
