這家是連續兩年獲得米其林必比登推薦的老店,終於來試試!我點了「焦糖燻鴨胸飯(Smoked Duck Breast Rice)」和家人點的「鴨肉絲飯(Shredded Duck Rice)」。鴨肉去骨處理得很好,帶有淡淡煙燻香氣,吃起來有點像茶鴨的感覺但更細緻。飯的份量偏少,配菜簡單,是比較輕盈的便當組合。

我們還加點了「味噌魚皮湯(Miso Fish Skin Soup)」、「米血糕(Rice Blood Cake)」、「豬舌切盤(Pork Tongue Plate)」、「燙青菜」跟「筍乾」。其中最推薦魚皮湯,湯頭清甜魚皮Q滑。

整體口味不錯,適合喜歡鴨肉料理的人,但若食量較大可能需要多點幾道才會飽~環境整潔、有冷氣、座位不多,建議錯峰來比較舒服!

This is a local favorite in Kaohsiung and has earned Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for two years in a row! I finally visited Yong Ye Diner (Ding Shan Branch) and tried their Smoked Duck Breast Rice and Shredded Duck Rice. The duck is boneless, tender, and infused with a mild smoky flavor—similar to tea-smoked duck, but lighter and more refined. The rice portion is small and comes with simple side veggies, so if you’re a big eater, you might need more than one bowl!

We also ordered Miso Fish Skin Soup, Rice Blood Cake, Pork Tongue, Boiled Greens, and Braised Bamboo Shoots. The soup was the highlight—light, flavorful, and the fish skin had a great texture.

mediocre, caramel is bitter and little to no other flavours. The duck meat tastes overcooked and is not tender. The lemongrass pork is also overcooked and tastes of nothing that even resembles lemongrass. The soup is okay and rice is...

看到網路介紹榮獲米其林必比登推薦的店,特別前來朝聖。附近停車不方便,連停機車騎樓也是塞好塞滿,點餐時現金結帳,没有加收一成小費。店內冷氣還蠻涼爽的,音樂音量適中,有些店音樂開的有點大聲,感覺在催客人拼翻桌率,這家不會,店內的陳設有圓桌1張,有想吃桌餐聚會的也可以,因為只有1張,所以可以的話先訂位,也有個人的吧檯小桌,用餐環境清爽丶乾淨。餐點的量普遍少,尤其是柚香蘿蔔,切的薄,好處是好入味,但是量也實在少的可憐,雖說佐餐小菜不是在吃飽的,但也著實少的可憐,柚香蘿蔔味道還可以,涼拌雲耳(黑木耳),味道就太清淡了,店家強調清爽丶健康,但也太清淡了!薰鴨腿味道好,但是靠近關節的小鴨腿皮肉較薄,容易薰過頭略帶點苦味,其他部位不會,香茅煎肉味道可以,香茅的香味不會太突出,魚湯強調是用豬骨丶鴨架丶魚骨丶蔬菜燉4小時,但是整個套餐一起出菜,吃完飯湯都涼了!感覺較不佳。餐具都是用黑色的美耐皿,感覺較廉價。整體而言,餐點不踩雷,若要朝聖必比登可能有落差,或說對洋人評價的中式飲食不用完全的信服,價位與量來說較不值,以品質來說,這個價位買到這個質的餐飲是合理的,所以綜...

2024/12用餐 因為網路介紹是米其林必比登餐廳,慕名前來 菜單是澎湃的,可以點雙主菜,也可以單點 。老闆很親切的招待,每一位上門的客人,也非常會做生意,不同於上班的打工族;每一組客人都會特別詢問,要不要加~~~滷蛋或者筍乾,滷蛋只要加15元,筍乾只要加10元,或者….以身為南部人的個性來說,大家都會加減加碼1-2項,老闆做生意是真的很成功的👍,值得學習 餐廳內用空間很大,很舊,地板很黏腳…內用環境很一言難盡…(不知道是不是我比較龜毛啦😂),很多熟客,看起來很常來用餐;電視螢幕上介紹老闆的經營理念,以及拿到米其林的心情,還有鎮店招牌~香茅煎肉 因為喜歡香茅的香氣,特別特別期待香茅煎肉飯上桌,只可惜,期待越高,失望就越高;肉切薄片,煎的焦香洽洽不錯吃,但是完全沒有一點香茅的香氣???很叫人疑惑?燙青菜油油亮亮,一整碗湯也是油亮亮的,第一次看到這麼油的蘿蔔湯,整體就是又油又鹹,吃了一個寂寞
