這家是連續兩年獲得米其林必比登推薦的老店,終於來試試!我點了「焦糖燻鴨胸飯(Smoked Duck Breast Rice)」和家人點的「鴨肉絲飯(Shredded Duck Rice)」。鴨肉去骨處理得很好,帶有淡淡煙燻香氣,吃起來有點像茶鴨的感覺但更細緻。飯的份量偏少,配菜簡單,是比較輕盈的便當組合。
我們還加點了「味噌魚皮湯(Miso Fish Skin Soup)」、「米血糕(Rice Blood Cake)」、「豬舌切盤(Pork Tongue Plate)」、「燙青菜」跟「筍乾」。其中最推薦魚皮湯,湯頭清甜魚皮Q滑。
整體口味不錯,適合喜歡鴨肉料理的人,但若食量較大可能需要多點幾道才會飽~環境整潔、有冷氣、座位不多,建議錯峰來比較舒服!
This is a local favorite in Kaohsiung and has earned Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for two years in a row! I finally visited Yong Ye Diner (Ding Shan Branch) and tried their Smoked Duck Breast Rice and Shredded Duck Rice. The duck is boneless, tender, and infused with a mild smoky flavor—similar to tea-smoked duck, but lighter and more refined. The rice portion is small and comes with simple side veggies, so if you’re a big eater, you might need more than one bowl!
We also ordered Miso Fish Skin Soup, Rice Blood Cake, Pork Tongue, Boiled Greens, and Braised Bamboo Shoots. The soup was the highlight—light, flavorful, and the fish skin had a great texture.
