外面比較難停汽車，機車的話偶爾會有幾個空位可以停。
店內裝潢溫馨舒適，但我們被帶位到的角落座位區燈光有點昏暗（黃光且是間接照明的）牆壁有手繪油畫北極熊與一些小插圖，門口有兩隻超大隻的熊，入店後會有店員帶入座，沒來過的話會有店員做介紹，餐具會由店員依照來客人數準備好放在桌上，主餐一律都是138元，可以再加價加配菜，也可以做超值套餐組合，價格平價，品質也很不錯，適合所有人來這裡用餐，濃湯和義大利麵也很不錯吃，但不太會詳細介紹義大利麵好吃的點，反正就是很好吃。
上餐時有發生一件事，希望能改進~我與同行友人都有點D套餐的濃湯+飲料+麵包，上餐時兩塊麵包是放在同一盤的，我以為這樣是一份，所以先讓友人吃了，後來加入的另一位友人是自己再另外點餐的，他也是點D套餐，上餐後他是拿到一盤只有一塊麵包的，我才知道原來套餐裡的麵包是一塊，但那時候我與同行友人的麵包被放在同一盤上，讓我以為這樣是一份，希望未來上餐時如果麵包是放在同一盤，可以再向客人說明，或者改成一個麵包放一個盤子，這樣才不會有誤會的事情發生。
結帳時如果出示打卡畫面可以免付服務費，原本跟店員說想等上餐後再打卡，店員說那離開前再出示就好，結果離開後才想到忘記出示了，非常抱歉
