This restaurant offers 35% discount to senior citizens 75 yrs. old and above (I.D. has to be presented). A member and his companions can get 10% discount. Also a member can get half price on his birthday and a 10% discount. To be a member (1.) you have to accumulate 12 points (I think within 12 months or 18 months. 前天下午去該店用餐讓我感覺十分不愉快，剛坐下服務員跟我說現在是下午茶時間，熟食比較少，我心想是來吃火鍋，這能接受，可是接下來用餐過程就讓我很不滿，去壽司去想要吃個手卷，等了近十分鐘沒人，想算了，先去拿飲料吧！到了飲料區，飲料台上的飲料沒有想喝的，想說算了，要杯水吧！等了七分鐘按了兩次鈴，沒人就是沒人，心想服務員大概都在忙，算了，我忍，到別的地方取東西，先吃火鍋吧！取完東西回到座位，剛煮好吃時，服務員走來說要換班要結帳，要我們先買單，我心想，好吧！這是可以體諒，畢竟人家要交班，別耽誤人家，於是就先把錢付了。之後想說吃点牛肉或羊肉，到了切肉台，等了許久一樣沒人，心想算了，去拿冷凍好了。當我回到座位時，女友跟我說她想要冰塊喝汽水，在飲料台等了很久，也按了兩次鈴一樣沒人，當下我真的火了，心想讓我一等再等，你們要交班希望我體諒，我也體諒，但是為何都沒人？欺負我也就算了，可以不計較，但是讓我女朋友委屈就不行，當下我直接去飲料台，幫她拿冰塊，結果一樣沒人，行，你們都很忙，沒人是嗎？我自己拿。當我拿完冰塊，走出來時，就有一個服務員走過來跟我說，這是他們工作台，不能進來。我就說，是喔！你還知道這是你們工作台，那為何一直沒人，早該幹嗎去了？就沒再理他，回座位去了。回到座位女友看我情緒不對，還勸我別生氣，我心想算了。結果後面更離譜，之前我跟女友吃了快一小時，也沒見人來收桌，結果我坐下來不到二十分鐘，來收兩次桌，第一次一人，第二次两人，這是何意？趕客人嗎？女友覺得太故意，她說她不想吃了，也沒心情吃了，於是我們就走了。試問這就是貴店服務態度嗎？第一次晚餐時間，雖然是晚餐時間人很多，但是感覺服務還蠻好，所以才會再次光臨。這一次星期一下午茶時間，沒什麼客人，卻是這種服務品質，真令人十分失望。一家服務差就算了，不知改進，還報復性趕客人，我覺得真是夠了，建議大家要去該店用餐，是否應該好好考量？如果真要去，切記！千萬不要下午茶時間去，因為，我真心不...
