Donutes — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

There is a sign outside to show no parking but the store still provide ash tray for smokers. Sitting outside could have been nice but because of smoker it made it zero points.

Store only allow electronic wallet but can’t use credit card. Their mini D and coffena (their other brands) can use credit card so it’s a little confusing for customers. Membership card is used for all 3 brands.

Their cocoa drink is very expensive for powder and water. Their donuts is good price base on the brand and street price.

Their staff forgot our cake and cashier did not help double check so customer needs to request what’s missing. The tray is given by the cashier when it’s ready so it’s a simple check if time is allowed.

Worst part if the smoking by the street walk and the smell would go in when auto...

Coffee: Excellent. A unique bean. Well brewed. Perfect temperature. Price: Reasonable. NTD80 for a medium hot latte. Environment: Indoor with AC and outdoor seating with fan. Can be noisy outside when the traffic lights change green. Service: Have been here many times. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes seems a bit rude. I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. When I tried to order, the staff asked me to come to the counter, but her attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. I politely spoke in English and even pointed to the cake I wanted in the fridge, but instead of assisting me, she seemed upset and refused to help. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and service, but unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed at all....
