勤勞早起的早餐店就是得稱讚一下，店家一早5：00就開門，早點買好早餐悠閒的吃就是讚。 電話先預定了里肌蛋餅和招牌肉漢堡加蛋，悠閒的出門取餐，感覺店家生意很好，一早餐檯上已經排滿了等著被領走的預定餐點 里肌蛋餅是比較大張的一般餅皮，很明顯的比其他家份量多，因為平常切6塊的蛋餅我6口就吃完了，他們的蛋餅雖然也是切6塊，但1塊可以分2口，裡面的里肌肉很有厚度，醃漬的也好吃，雖然有點貴貴的要55元，但吃完不會覺得空虛，店家的蛋餅還有雙層餅皮的選項，點這個吃完應該會更滿足 招牌肉漢堡拿起來很沉，漢堡本身沒有蛋，加蛋要+15元，漢堡排口感蠻特別的，有點軟嫩味道不錯，裡面還有一些美生菜，這個漢堡+蛋我覺得50元倒是蠻平價的

總匯整體口味很不錯，里肌肉沒有怪味，吐司也烤的剛剛好。鮪魚蛋餅就沒有特別喜歡，有加了玉米跟紅蘿蔔，紅蘿蔔的生味很搶味道，還是喜歡單純的鮪魚就好。

東西好吃，最重要的是，這家店很注重衛生，每次收錢的時候都會把手套脫掉才收錢，而且重點是每個員工都是這樣，我總共給三個員工收錢過，既然每個都會遵守這道程序，實在很不簡單，南部很多店東西很好吃但是卻連這種基本的衛生都做不到，這家店做到了，難仍可貴。 Food is delicious.More importantly the restaurant pays attention to hygiene.Staff remove their gloves to prevent food from contacting bacteria when they take money...
