對於五星級飯店的餐廳, 總是覺得雖然貴一些, 不能看cp值, 但餐飲品質一定有五星的基本水準, 特別是服務, 總是一流的. 但是我2020/07/11在寒軒觀海軒中餐廳的用餐經驗, 郤是大大的失望. 自覺不是一個挑毛病的澳客, 就算很差, 也總是會找一些好的項目來加入評論中. 但在觀海軒中餐廳, 則特別需要想一下, 有沒有可以贊美的東西. 點了兩道大蝦: 富貴蝦球, 百合蝦球. 蝦很大, 但完全沒味道. 其他的菜也都一般般. 這還好. 但在服務上, 則令人無法接受. 每一個服務人員都沒有笑容, 茶水等不到服務人員來幫忙, 要自己倒. 問個事情, 拿個餐具, 都要看服務人員的瞼色. 結帳的時候也是如此, 會計臭著臉. 會有這樣的情形, 可能是生意太好, 太忙了, 服務人員不足. 但我合理的懷疑, 是不是公司薪水給的不足, 福利不太好, 排班不公平, 以致於員工找客人出氣? 我想大家是不是應該幫這些員工忙, 不要再去這裡用餐找她們麻煩? 對了, 我們也點了兩道涼拌菜: 苦瓜, 木耳, 味道不錯....

我的44歲生日就這樣毀了🙄 特地預訂入住寒軒國際“大”～飯店，然後還預約了40樓餐廳邀請朋友來幫我慶生。電話訂位時特別告知有《當日壽星》用餐❗️餐廳人員並提醒要記得帶證件證明是當日壽星，餐廳會準備壽桃🍑 結果不只鮮蝦腐皮卷和XO醬撈麵有操灰搭味，結帳的時候還被一男一女插隊(這個部分我不怪餐廳櫃檯人員，是插隊的男女眼瞎沒水準) ⚠️重點是～ 說好的壽桃呢❓️ 所有人員完全不知道訂位的時候有事先告知當日壽星用餐這件事情！我都已經用餐2個小時，吃完離座+到外面結帳了，櫃檯小姐一直道歉說：要不然我現在馬上再幫您準備壽桃？還是壽桃幫您打包？ 林杯是很稀罕那幾個壽桃嗎？ 都已經吃完飯，整間餐廳的客人全部都離開了，我還再走進去坐下吃壽桃？？打包壽桃帶走有什麼意義咧？ 用餐期間就陸續有反映問題 最後還完整加收10%服務費😆真的是棒棒噠 #44歲大壽難忘的體驗 #寒軒國際大飯店果然很厲害
