仁武唯一的一間麥當勞，有非常優勢的地理位置及停車位，餐點CP質跟其他麥當勞SOP一樣。空間氣氛整體室內都非常舒服，餐點和服務人員態度目前遇到都是很好。 然而這裡餐點冰淇淋經常缺少，三不五時就停賣或者在洗機台，就算買到冰淇淋質量也非常糟糕，都屬於融化狀態，無法接受買了冰淇淋結果就馬上融化，在服務人手上拿過來的時候就已經呈現水狀的問題。請問這樣我可以當場拒絕商品嗎??? 假如真的無法凝固那就「誠實」告訴客人，不要冰淇淋不像冰淇淋東西就別賣了! 買了一攤奶昔水不知道在想什麼。 冰淇淋的SOP問題嚴重，常常遇到雷的形狀要就是很傾斜，不然就是不懂在擠什麼鬼東西。 麥當勞不是要求商品化必須符合統一原則嗎?結果就這間冰淇淋完全不合格! 仁武的冰淇淋可以加油一點好嗎？

新仇舊恨，之前有幾次問我需不需要"番茄醬"，我說"番茄醬"不用，結果連雞塊的糖醋醬都不給我了，我都有點雞塊，之後懶得理你們，我寧願丟垃圾桶，再不給我糖醋醬阿!!回到正題，這次叫外送，東西單子有打出來，但裡面少四個雞塊，單子沒破肯定又是你們問題，算我倒楣不會再點你們家了，雞塊的怨恨，氣死我了 ------------------------------------------------------- 各位注意，今天2/2家人訂了這家麥當勞分享餐，結果又沒放雞塊，而且還是10塊雞塊!!一樣是糖醋醬有放就是不放雞塊，連續兩次都沒放???勸大家一定要當面點清楚，這家麥當勞一直漏東西沒給，誇張

這大概是我買過最爛的得來速！打死我也不會來仁武這家消費了！ 剛剛點餐完，開到下一個窗口要結帳，跟店員說要用點數扣，講完才拿卡給店員。 店員直接說扣點要下次點餐時就要說要扣點了，而且只能扣套餐，單點不能扣⋯ 結果我說好，我用APP，然後店員直接用我的點點卡結帳了！（裡面有儲值） 我一開始就說要用點數！憑什麼我沒同意就直接結帳？ 然後我要用手機給他扣點，店員說，如果要取消這筆訂單返回金額，要叫經理來，要嗎？ 我覺得店員是故意的，因為我點餐時沒說要扣點，結帳時才說，故意直接刷下去，會來得來速的都是趕時間的，當然不會在那邊麻煩刷退！感覺很差！ （附上剛買的發票）
