高雄圓山大飯店簡餐廳 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

I went to the restaurant a few days ago and I was very disappointed by the service.

I was there with my girlfriend and her sister who are both are from Taiwan. This has nothing to do with misunderstandings cause I am a foreigner, but just bad service.

We came in and got seated immediately and we got the menu card.... But apparently they forgot all about us, cause it took them 25 minutes before a waiter came over and took the order.

We got the food and were a little disappointed about the flavours, but this review is more about the service, so I skip that part.

When we were almost finished with our food a waiter came over and asked if we could finish as they had new activities in the room... this was 1408. the restaurant closing time was 1400. I know we were a few minutes late, but the waiter forgot us for 25 minutes. This was not our fault. we didn't finish all food, but still paid for it.

1 star for service 3 star for food 4 stars for the room,...

I absolutely loved the experience. We were here on Monday evening. The parking was easy. The building is so beautiful to look at. The restaurant was really empty. The decorations were classy. There was a good selection of food. Everything was tasty. (I was ok without the deep fried dishes) It was a fantastic spot to observe intense lightening outside.
