I was invited here by my family here in Taiwan. It's been a long time since I've visited a hotpot place but the ambience and atmosphere was very nice. I can't say if their selection was vast or limiting but from the variety of things that I ate it was certainly not lacking in selection. They had a selection of the usual vinegar, spice oil, or soy sauce and various condiments to pair with the sauces. It is not crazy selection of oils and whatnot as I think most of those places are probably trying to mask flavors rather than to enhance it. However, that's my personal opinion so your mileage may vary if you're not into the traditional hot pot style.
For those with accessibility needs, while the front door has a small lip, most wheel hairs (motorized or not) should be able to clear it. My cousin has a motorized wheelchair and she was able to clear it just fine. The tables we sat at also was very fitting for her, which again, your mileage may vary depending on your situation.
Overall, I had a great time. It was a bit chilly though it could have been me sitting underneath a duct but hey leave it to the guy eating hot pot but still...
