感覺是專門做海鮮魚卵拌麵的店 以拌麵來說單價稍稍高了一些 不過因為都是新鮮高級的食材 所以算是還可以接受 干貝新鮮不老有甜味也蠻大顆的 拌麵的話就是一般曾拌麵的麵條 不過他的醬是自己調的 有點微辣 吃起來蠻香的 不過麵條份量稍微少了 溏心蛋的口味我覺得不給過 除了有溏心之外沒有其他醬香味 吃起來就沒什麼味道 最喜歡的小菜就是海帶絲 吃起來甜甜脆脆的很清爽 飲料部分有檸檬冬瓜...

《誰來為我下麵？！》 2021.11.24 基隆，雲沈重，我心卻飛揚。 風聞一間沒有招牌的餐廳，它叫「下麵」，我好奇，它哪來的自信，竟敢如此開店，遂決定一探究竟。 它的廁所牆上貼著一段文字「朕的馬桶蓋比你的屁股還乾淨」，哈哈😄引我會心一笑，我就欣賞商家這樣的臭屁性格。 內湖湖光市場也有一位「驕傲的漁夫」，很臭屁，然而，他賣的魚就是鮮。 果不其然，這家正濱漁港旁的「下麵」，確屬非凡。 太太曾經笑我，你屢屢欣賞這樣的性格，會不會映射的是你自己呢？！
