casa PICASSO 畢加索餐廳 — Restaurant in Keelung

Main course here is delicious and you can taste the freshness of the sea food, the spaghetti is perfectly cooked, and the sauce is flavorful. However, We paid extra 300 hundred dollars for the set,expecting to have a not bad salad, soup and dessert, but the salad is just plain salad, and so was the soup, which is okay. So me and my friend were expecting highly for the dessert, but it turns out that the dessert part is the most disappointing part of the whole dinning experience, the taste was quite nice but the portion of it was “tiny” which is just about the size of my “pinky finger”. Atmosphere: nice it’s a beautiful building among colorful houses facing the harbour, and the indoor design is artistic. It has three floors and the views are all awesome. Food: tasted so so, and a little bit too pricey, I remembered it’s around 400$ per person. I ordered Spaghetti alla puttanesca and it tasted very salty. My friend ordered Spanish seafood paella and it wasn’t fresh. The dessert was good tho.

It’s really a nice place but just need some improvement...

Adjacent to the pier the only restaurant offers nice food and drinks. Out of the three restaurants in a row only casa Picasso attracts customers. Not sure why.
