Vesuvio Pizzeria 想義廚房 — Restaurant in Lugang Township

A delicious pizza Margherita. My first time, and we had take out. Looking forward to eating in next time.

Update 2024/05: We weren't impressed unfortunately, after eating in. The calzone wasn't properly cooked in the middle, the pizza bases were doughy, especially when they cooled down, and the pasta was overcooked. One of the pastas we handed back saying it was also too salty, and while they offered to re-make it, we said no. In Europe, it would have been taken off the bill at least, but not here. We had a lovely meal here on Tuesday night. The two of us ordered a salad and a Vesuvio pizza to share, along with a bottle of wine. The pizza was excellent, the dough not too thick or thin, a good amount of tasty tomato sauce, ham and other toppings and plenty of cheese. Cooked to perfection. Today we had lunch in this beautiful restaurant and it felt just like being back to Italy for a while. As a southern Italian guy I absolutely loved the Napoli style ragu pasta that reminded me of the sunday meals in my home town.
