This place serves Japanese–Chinese fusion cuisine. The food is good, and served in a satisfying serving size. Prices for most of the options are < NTD400. Their fish fishes are the most recommended (and the quickest to sell out)—especially the one that uses local, wild-caught fish. Their beef and chicken options are no slouch either. A service charge will be added to your bill. Every meal order (whether bento or don) comes with a small glass of what tastes like apple cider vinegar, a bowl of miso soup, an osmanthus jelly dessert, various side dishes (varies depending on the meal ordered), refillable malt tea (refills are via self-service) and rice (by request and only after you’ve finished your current serving). Children’s seats are available. There are about four or so parking lots available for patrons right in front of the entrance. Due to venue popularity, patrons are advised to make an advanced booking especially if your group is larger than 4 pax, and/or you’re planning to visit during peak hours. Menus are in Chinese only. Not every dish has an accompanying photo; the photos which are present, are not labelled.

Came here for lunch, as we passed this place many times but never had a chance to try it. Finally on a off peak hours we were able to reserve a table for 7. We ordered all different set meals, tempura set meal, fried chicken, curry chicken and beef veggies. Everything was great and tasty. Beware it is a local popular restaurant and it seems like it’s always packed. I guess ppl from Taipei knows this place had great grilled fish set meal! The owner told us to try that next time as it ran out fast!

Therefore, it is a restaurant that you could have meals at ease. Also, the boss is friendly. He helped us to take pictures. One of a disadvantage is that some of the sauce is a little bit salty. If they could adjust the proportion, I would like them more!
