Kangaroo Cafe — Restaurant in Luodong

Showed up around 9:50 and waited until 10:05. Doors locked, lights off, nobody answering the phone. Not a great look for a place that claims to open at 10. Maybe the owner’s just running this place for fun, because clearly it’s not about customers. If you can’t bother to get out of bed to open on time, do everyone a favor and update your hours—or just be honest that this is a hobby, not a business.
