林北烤好串燒食事處 — Restaurant in Luodong

Seriously I don’t know how this restaurant got so many god reviews. Their service is extremely bad. We told the lady waitress that we don’t read Chinese, so she told us to use QR code for the menu which has English on it. They gave us wrong food that we didn’t order , but the lady waitress said yes the food was correct order. And only gave us an unwilling apology and that it was all. No discount or something whatsoever. We have been to different types of restaurants all over the world and this restaurant is the worst we have ever been to. Don’t come here !!! Stay away from this...

Great place for late night snack but don't show up too late because their last order is before 10 pm. They have an online ordering system that you have to use your phone to connect. I guess most customers are young enough to find this very acceptable. The menu has many choices at reasonable prices. 10% service charge. Not a common practice in Yilan. I hope the money actually goes to the service staff. Parking on street is easy after 8pm or use the PXmart parking lot...

Simply put this place is borderline a scam. Dont be fooled by a5 unless taiwan has some kind of special grading system this is not a5 beef.

Also their ordering system lists items that are completely different then what they are if you look at the pictures duck is beef, clams are beef.

They also have the nerve to charge a service fee despite providing the following types of service.

We told the waitress our chinese was not great. She just insisted we used the qr code after blurting out a very fast and confusing explanation in chinese then left.

There were only two tables at this point.

We mentioned to her twice that things came to the table that we didnt order. She brushed us off.

Then at the end we figured out it was their qr code website that had their items listed wrong and even showed her.

She did not care said she told the boss but didnt. No apology. No nothing.
