If you want to have good fine dining experience, you should come here. Food is ver delicious, also have many local dish, but the price is not very good of couple. Read more澎湖大殼米是我在澎湖碰到最新奇的一道餐點,當地友人說這是他小時候清明掃墓時候的便當,這種當地的古早味現在也很難見到了,這大蛤是澎湖潮間帶一種較大的貝類,在大蛤中填入炒過的油蔥糯米飯,再用綿線每顆綁好下鍋蒸製,吃的時候將另外一邊的殼當作湯匙使用,糯米飯的香氣吸飽了大蛤的鮮甜,口感軟中帶點Q彈味道相當不錯,但這道菜因為大蛤的稀少加上做工複雜所以越來越難看得到了,今天要不是當地朋友的帶領下,我們也很難吃到這道菜,算是一種澎湖當地快失傳的傳統菜色,可惜當天數量有限沒能多品嚐幾顆啊。 龍蝦三明治也讓我有點驚訝,這台北海產店常見的菜色本來我沒有太多興趣,朋友說這我一定要嚐嚐因為跟其他地方吃到的完全不一樣,裡面包的是火腿、煎蛋、龍蝦、青菜還有鳳梨片,完全沒有美乃滋,外層吐司是用烤的不像其他是油炸,而且他的吐司烤到如餅乾般的酥香,去除了油炸及美奈滋的油膩感,整體吃起來味道非常清爽舒服,說真的這三明治是我吃過最好吃的一次。 澎湖的菜乾跟醃菜也是一絕,像是那花椰菜乾小炒口感非常不錯,帶點爽脆的菜乾鹹香有味,甚至那酸菜煮加志魚更是酸香好吃,而且那酸香是自然香氣非常舒服,這些醃菜及菜乾都是因為當地蔬菜種植不易所產生的產物,當地人將此運用到極致,雖然不是什麼大菜但這特色的確在其他地方都不容易吃到,能夠吃到當地傳統菜色真的不錯,更感謝當地友人的介紹。
