Laya Burger — Restaurant in Nangang District

Extremely poor service. One of the worst restaurant in town. The owner/woman is extremely immature, non-professional and arrogant. I'm a vegetarian, I ordered a ''Club Egg Cheese Sandwich" and she gave me a sandwich which had pork in it. Upon requesting to change it, she got extremely fierce and blamed me that I should know that it contains pork. What? What the hell. How come? It was clearly mentioned on menu that it's a "club egg cheese sandwich" then how come it has pork? Also I shown her the translation and meaning of CLUB from the dictionary that nowhere club is a synonymous of Pork. Even then, She did not accept her own mistake, and started shouting on me and misbehaved with me in front of all customers. I remained polite till end explaining her that I ordered Cheese Egg burger, but she didn't acknowledge her mistake and treated me in worst manner. I think this lady and employee of this restaurant need to learn manners first before treating their customers. Will never ever visit them again. Such an insane and arrogant lady, pathetic...

This branch always busy every morning. If you're in hurry, just grab the prepared sandwich for around 25-35 NTD.

Then open from 6, but expect increased customer starting from 7.30. Their menu is in Chinese, but just ask their pictures menu with english description.

The staff is so humble, and seems like most of the customers are regular. Once you visit two or three times with same order, the young staff will know what your usual order.
