This restaurant received too much attention and fame from tourists that has promoted it to a must try restaurant when you visit Nantou, a place where many Military Village were located and this restaurant specializes in making cuisines that were brought to Taiwan from the Veterans’ home town.
Still, many locals will come here to enjoy a bowl of well made beef noodle with tender beef chucks and knife-cut noodles, I liked the spring onion pan cake that had a crisp outer crust and dense and chewy interior, you could savor the taste of the flour dough and the saltiness and aroma of the spring onion the more you chewed, it was also not that greasy to eat unlike some other shops that pan-fried it with a layer of oil.
