The place is cute and the coffee is quite good. But the staff had a scowl on their face that was unwelcoming. Its not that they were rude, just a rather stark contrast to the smiling faces you'd see at Starbucks. Which is a shame since that would have made the whole experience a five.

Read more6/14於網站客服下訂了孩子的生日蛋糕,選了款式跟提供了孩子的照片跟需求,6/16至店付款,當下店員說沒有查詢到我的訂單,告知我網站上的訂單是老闆對接的,而當下我也跟店員付款完成,殊不知7/4取貨卻完全貨不對辦,款式完全不同甚至連孩子的照片也沒有,老闆說是師傅做錯了但師傅已下班,老闆拿了訂單出來看,說師傅是只看訂單上的來做所以做錯了,但我看訂單上寫的卻是門市款,我詢問老闆,您是否沒跟師傅交代清楚,老闆的回答是有跟師傅說,一開始老闆說退300塊,我拿了當初的對話紀錄出來給老闆看,詢問他差這麼多,完全不一樣也沒孩子的照片,裝飾也就一個公仔,老闆卻說是因為當初有給我便宜(那當初怎麼沒說?何況當初我也沒讓你給我優惠吧)是後來我選擇蛋糕直接不要了,老闆有全退款,所以我才理性的給三星而不是一星,但我覺得這真的是蠻低級的疏失,因為孩子滿心期待的蛋糕就因為這樣失望了,我只想問老闆您,前面不是說師傅只看訂單做的嗎?那為何有交代訂單上卻是註明門市款,畢竟師傅”只看訂單”但跟我對接的是您耶!當下也有拿我們當初對話中的款式給您看,造型不同顏色更完全不同對吧!我只是覺得老闆如果忙忘記了直接坦承就好,要退錢又臨時變動價位?推給師傅又矛盾回答真的處理不太妥當,我知道生意都不好做更不會差我這一個客人,只是這矛盾的回答跟不夠老實我今後也不會再造訪了,希望貴店日後作業上能謹慎些,不要再滅了其他客人期待的心 如有疑慮,可...
