The place is cute and the coffee is quite good. But the staff had a scowl on their face that was unwelcoming. Its not that they were rude, just a rather stark contrast to the smiling faces you'd see at Starbucks. Which is a shame since that would have made the whole experience a five. Will definitely re-visit next time to see if the service attitude has been addressed.

經由臉書網友推薦才選這一家，從2/28-3/1跟店家line上來來往往討論要的蛋糕形式就此訂下。3/15取貨這一天上午還跟店家問南下要下哪個交流道還有回覆我，就很期待去取貨，從北部南下到店家已下午4點，去取貨竟然說沒有我的訂單，當下真的氣炸了，line上的訂單都這麼明確，怎麼會出現如此疏漏，蛋糕是過生日一個很重要的儀式，一生只有一次的歲數，我們還討論了多次才定案，真的聽到沒有我的訂單非常不能接受，更不應該有疏忽這種事情發生，雖然老闆想彌補，但晚間6:00的宴會，做蛋糕的時間和車程遠，我沒辦法接受蛋糕做出來的品質會如何，店家運送的過程又會如何，因此婉拒。只希望店家要細心看待每一筆的訂單，積極服務至上的態度，避免下次再次發生如此讓人不悅的事情。

This has been my morning coffee run for the past few weeks now and it is fantastic! The prices are cheap, pastry’s delicious, and coffee strong. Despite my lack of Mandarin they are always patient with me when I order and do their best to communicate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone...

6/14於網站客服下訂了孩子的生日蛋糕，選了款式跟提供了孩子的照片跟需求，6/16至店付款，當下店員說沒有查詢到我的訂單，告知我網站上的訂單是老闆對接的，而當下我也跟店員付款完成，殊不知7/4取貨卻完全貨不對辦，款式完全不同甚至連孩子的照片也沒有，老闆說是師傅做錯了但師傅已下班，老闆拿了訂單出來看，說師傅是只看訂單上的來做所以做錯了，但我看訂單上寫的卻是門市款，我詢問老闆，您是否沒跟師傅交代清楚，老闆的回答是有跟師傅說，一開始老闆說退300塊，我拿了當初的對話紀錄出來給老闆看，詢問他差這麼多，完全不一樣也沒孩子的照片，裝飾也就一個公仔，老闆卻說是因為當初有給我便宜（那當初怎麼沒說？何況當初我也沒讓你給我優惠吧）是後來我選擇蛋糕直接不要了，老闆有全退款，所以我才理性的給三星而不是一星，但我覺得這真的是蠻低級的疏失，因為孩子滿心期待的蛋糕就因為這樣失望了，我只想問老闆您，前面不是說師傅只看訂單做的嗎？那為何有交代訂單上卻是註明門市款，畢竟師傅”只看訂單”但跟我對接的是您耶！當下也有拿我們當初對話中的款式給您看，造型不同顏色更完全不同對吧！我只是覺得老闆如果忙忘記了直接坦承就好，要退錢又臨時變動價位？推給師傅又矛盾回答真的處理不太妥當，我知道生意都不好做更不會差我這一個客人，只是這矛盾的回答跟不夠老實我今後也不會再造訪了，希望貴店日後作業上能謹慎些，不要再滅了其他客人期待的心 如有疑慮，可...
