味鼎內湖 — Restaurant in Neihu District

The cheesy egg pancake is incredibly delicious! The dough is unlike any other—it’s soft and chewy on the inside, while the outside is nicely crisp, just the right amount. They used just enough oil, so it never feels greasy. The portion is so huge—big enough to be a full meal. Both the pork, the cheese, and the dough itself feel high quality. Normally, I’d add some dipping sauce, but I forgot today, and even without it, the egg pancake tastes great on its own. The dough has a slight saltiness, and the pork pieces are thick, plus generous amount of cheese making it totally worth the price. The soy milk is also amazing—super smooth and rich. 那就來去一個人的無敵早午餐吧！特意騎著單車來到這裡，人家12點關門，我11:30入場壓線，呵呵呵⋯⋯沒有太多人真好～

味鼎蛋餅 人家可是鼎鼎大名。我卻一直錯過！躲在麗山國中附近的巷弄內，難怪我都一直與他錯過⋯⋯

原味蛋餅$40 蛋餅煎得酥香脆，讓我想起了時代的眼淚巴士蛋餅，沒錯，他們就是同一等級同一規格．。香酥的外皮、濃的化不開的雞蛋香，吃入口就是感動🥲⋯⋯

我被肖恩燒到，身為美食愛好者，活在台灣這個美食天地，我居然沒有吃過鹹豆漿，冷冷的天氣好像搭配這個也不錯喔～

從小住龍江路，吃龍江路的味鼎長大的我，搬來內湖後就近來吃內湖味鼎，我想以我一個忠實的味鼎粉絲可以很客觀評價內湖/龍江兩家店。以下就我常點的餐點來評比差異。

原味蛋餅：這個品項可以說味道差異最小的一組，龍江店的蛋有調味，內湖的幾乎是零鹹度，不沾醬吃的話，稍有調味的龍江店較好吃！但這整體來說餅皮口感等等差異不大。

起司蛋餅：龍江店完勝。主要差異是在起司，不知道用的是不同廠商供貨的起司還是什麼其他原因，內湖的起司吃起來完全沒味道，相比之下龍江的起司鹹香十足口感濃郁，完全屌打內湖店。
