Read more從小住龍江路,吃龍江路的味鼎長大的我,搬來內湖後就近來吃內湖味鼎,我想以我一個忠實的味鼎粉絲可以很客觀評價內湖/龍江兩家店。以下就我常點的餐點來評比差異。
原味蛋餅:這個品項可以說味道差異最小的一組,龍江店的蛋有調味,內湖的幾乎是零鹹度,不沾醬吃的話,稍有調味的龍江店較好吃!但這整體來說餅皮口感等等差異不大。
起司蛋餅:龍江店完勝。主要差異是在起司,不知道用的是不同廠商供貨的起司還是什麼其他原因,內湖的起司吃起來完全沒味道,相比之下龍江的起司鹹香十足口感濃郁,完全屌打內湖店。
