Burger King (Chenggong Rd. Store) — Restaurant in Neihu District

Closing time is 23:00. I walked into ( a not busy) burger king and ordered a whopper junior at 22:30 for eat in. I was then told that I cannot stay for longer than 30 minutes. I replied.. " it's only a whopper junior, I am not ordering a meal and it's fast food. I can eat this in less than a minute". It was blatantly obvious that the girl was not happy that I wanted to eat in and the staff appeared to not want to do any more work. There was no "hello" No "thank you", no smile, nothing. I am sorry, but unfortunatly, we all have to work until the required times. I worked from 9AM -10PM today. If I wanted to be lazy within those hours.. I would choose not to do the job, find something else or just stay home and do nothing, instead. With Regards to the food.. the bun was stale, the burger was cold, it was dry and it tasted like cardboard. I departed the store at 22:36.

Due to terrible customer service, a lack of motivation from staff and a poor quality, tiny junior burger that cost a ridiculous price of 100nt.. May I suggest to burger King that this branch closes in the future at 22:30 instead of 23:00. I will not be returning. This burger king used to be decent. SORRY for complaining. I do also leave great reviews wherever...

我已經很多年沒吃漢堡王，也好一陣子沒寫Google評論，上週心血來潮進店消費竟是一次極度糟糕的體驗，讓我必須說以下這串長言。 跟櫃檯年輕女店員說我要「刷卡」，隨即把信用卡放在刷卡機上，結果女店員卻啟動信用卡隨附、我從未啟用過的電子票證一卡通！ 是年代變了，「刷卡」變成「刷一卡通」的簡稱嗎？！ 看到刷卡機螢幕顯示一卡通啟動時我大吃一驚，質問為何刷卡變成用一卡通。值班男經理立即上前表示幫我處理「幫您退回去」，但他所謂的退回去也只是退還金額，並沒有辦法更改一卡通啟用的事實。 因為女店員給我找的這個麻煩，我還得打電話到銀行申請新卡，才能讓一卡通開卡餘額退回帳戶......（註：這張卡跟一卡通是綁死的，我還不能選擇不要附） 根本沒認真聽客人說話，犯錯後整個退到主管身後、連聲抱歉都沒說的女店員，讓我非常光火，忍不住翻了白眼，強忍住怒氣反映我的不滿之處。（註：一卡通在我眼中是設計及售後服務都非常糟糕的電子票證，所以我堅持不用） 我必須說男主管態度其實非常好，很有禮貌，從頭到尾一直說對不起，說到我忍不住回他「你不要再道歉了」。（服務業真的很可憐，被奧客搞到連聲道歉是標配，而我這種真的吃了虧的客人被道歉到好像我才是做錯事的人。） 搞定付款流程，我從那位年輕的女店員手上接過餐點，她還是沒有一聲抱歉。我到嘴邊的話終究忍住沒說，「妳很年輕、妳欠經驗，我看得出來。犯錯沒有關係，但是要勇於承認，不是躲在主管後面裝可憐就好」。 最後，漢堡王還是如同我多年前記憶中那樣的難吃，花生培根堡的花生醬是死甜的現成品，跟漢堡完全不搭，漢堡肉薄而乾柴，麵包乾到要配水。我不懂網路一堆為了抵制麥當勞說改吃...

As long as the fries are fresh, all is good. I do think the quality is dropping as they try to keep prices same however their cost is going up but still...
