To be honest, the foods here aren't worth the price. Flies flying in front of your plate and the person preparing the food is using her bare hand. The staffs need more training on time management and etiquette 101. I've never rated a place as low as two star. But clearly this is another example of cafe chain expansion gone south. The only reason it still has stars is that some other Louisas did do a good job.

這間連鎖咖啡店路易莎位置非常好，店內也非常明亮、整潔，有寬大的落地窗。比一般的星巴克更適合坐在店內閱讀。(一般星巴克都比較昏暗) 咖啡品質感覺比起其他路易莎好，價格就是路易莎的公訂價，很合理。 現做的簡餐也讓人滿意。是一家值得推薦的咖啡店。

Only the music was very loud and the music was very rhythmic - it would be convenient to homogenize the ambient music in their stores. The bathroom was clean - what caught my attention was that the person who cleaned the lettuce was sneezing too much, apparently having a cold.

Service once spilled syrup all over me: manager coped me a free slice of lemon-pie on the house and offered to dry clean my clothing. Staff seems to change monthly, difficult to find an electrical outlet here, but the coffee is good (though the service is a bit slow), washroom cleanliness is a bit...
