WilsonPark 威爾森公園 （Steak & Wine） — Restaurant in Neihu District

We booked the whole place and hosted one round table event, it’s our own responsibility to take the projector and display to the place. The staff are kind and willing to make adjustments and service pretty well, of course they can add a bit more flexibility on the order and delivery process (but it’s just a minor problem). The starting dish and salad are really good while the mushroom soup is just way too salty. The steak size is soooo large and the taste is really natural? with soft and juicy inside. It came with some sauce choices and all of them comes well especially the ginger and garlic ones. The set ends well with peanut pie, not so sweet and it taste creamy without actual peanuts. Great high end lunch and dinner place. The niu rou mien was delicious. It's served in an elegant bowl and sides to add to the soup. Our table also got the shrimp tacos. Pretty good. Didn't expect the flavor to be more Indian than Mexican but it worked well. Highly recommend it. However, the Sashimi was a no go for me. It was high quality fish but had a bone in it. Not sure if what happened but not cool to miss a bone in sashimi. Would have given four stars if...

Had to find a restaurant in the area last minute and was told about this place. Didn’t know what to expect. Upon entering, it looked small and cozy. Nothing to write home about. Then the food came and really caught us off guard. Delicious.

Was told afterwards that normally you would need to rsvp ahead of time due to the limited seating but we totally got lucky. The off-menu crab risotto really hit the spot. Looking forward to going back and explore rest...
