This McDonald's branch is relatively calm compared to others in Taipei. One of the staff members—a friendly and welcoming lady—stands out for her warm attitude. She greets customers as they enter and consistently keeps the dining area clean after each guest leaves. The store is well-maintained, and the positive atmosphere created by the staff makes for a relaxing dining experience.

Big restaurants with many tables and this is the only McDonald restaurant that I know providing self-order machine. Really practical. The serving is quite fast on busy time. The restaurant is clean and presentable with big windows and comfortable seating. But this restaurant doesn't have parking lot. So you need to park on nearby parking space.

High quality interior design! For sure, since the place is just a McDonald's. But inside it's great. Care for small details and good taste are ubiquitous in the environment, especially on the second floor. Very clean and fast service too. There is a small McCafe at the entrance.

Very long lines during lunchtime. Came here on a Friday noontime , Initially wanted to use Drive-thru, but after waiting in queue for almost 30 minutes I decided to let my wife off to stand in line in the restaurant. Where she is met with another long line. In the end it took us 40 minutes to finally get our 2 Big Mac sets. Would recommend calling Uber eats or foodpanda for those that are...

I've always been wondering if everyone in Neihu with cars are using this McDonalds... Strongly DON'T recommend people to use their drive-thru unless you HAVE TO. Sometimes it will be much quicker if you park on the kerb (there are loads of parking space) and walk in to buy the meal. The queuing is so bad that sometimes it even disrupt the whole traffic of nearby...
