McDonald's Taipei Neihu — Restaurant in Neihu District

There was a McDonald promotion stated on uber eat apps if u ordered a meal, u would get a free cola glass. I have made a order and expected to have a cola glass, but there was no glass delivered. Thus, I have called to the McDonald and ask about this issue, but the staff working in McDonald said the drink had to be upgraded to large size and then she hanged up the phone. The promotion in uber eat didn't state clearly that the drink has to be upgraded to large size and of course I didn't know that otherwise I would have made the drink upgraded. I don't like to have the foods in McDonald. I have made the meal order because of the cola glass. I had a very bad experience with this order. The staff working in McDonald was very rude. I am very upset and disappointed. I asked the cashier if there's a free ice cream with a purchase of more $99 made with credit card, the cashier ignored me, and then give me a bad attitude. I hope the manager can either train that female employee better or give her the appropriate punishment. This is not how a cashier should behave...

Every Taiwan Mc Donald are pretty much the same, food taste the same so that's a good thing, but again is not always very clean, not the area is more the restroom that i'm complaining... KFC or other fast food chain store are much cleaner then mc donlad. But again is always nice to have a place can use the restroom...
