摩咖啡 AMOUR CAFE — Restaurant in New Taipei

First of all, the barista is a racist. He clearly understood English — but only when it was convenient for him.

On top of that, he had the audacity to wave his finger in our faces while talking to us, which is extremely rude and disrespectful in any culture. My friend and I were treated poorly, interrupted, and spoken to in an arrogant manner.

The café has a ridiculous rule that every person must order a drink, which not only lacks basic logic, but may also go against Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, which requires businesses to respect individual consumer rights and circumstances. I had just eaten and didn’t want anything — and that should be enough. My friend ordered something — I didn’t, simply because I didn’t want to. I had just eaten and was full. I explained that I might order something later, but that wasn’t good enough. Apparently, their so-called “principles” are more important than basic respect and common sense.

I don’t waste food or drinks out of principle, but these people only care about enforcing rigid, senseless rules — not about treating people like human beings. Honestly, it’s shocking how poor customer service can still be in Taiwan in some places. The hospitality industry seriously needs to get its act together and catch up with global standards.

服務態度超差 拜託！我的重點一直不在於環境氣氛及位置，而是老闆的態度及語氣讓人感覺不尊重，接受不了負評就趕人走！

我第一次給一間店負評， 負評就送給你了。

事情的經過: 我忘記這裡是低消一杯大杯飲料， 我就點了份甜點， 老闆回我 只剩布朗尼， 我說好的 我再看看菜單

老闆問我你是一個人嗎？ 我說兩個人，還有一位朋友晚點會來。

他回：那可能要改去坐其他座位喔 (因為我是坐兩張桌子的座位) 我回：這裡有其他位置有插座的座位嗎？ 因為想找有插座的座位。 他回：可以坐角落位置用延長線。 (到這裡我都覺得沒問題，而且我最主要是想找有插座的咖啡廳，沒插座我大不了去找其他間的看看)

後來回 那我要布朗尼好了。 老闆回我 這裡低消是一杯飲料喔

我就隨便點了一杯 中杯香草奶茶 後來老闆回我 這裡是低消一杯大杯飲料

我也在當下立即改口說 好那我改大杯的 然後也沒說話， 到這裡對話都很正常

老闆突然用很差的語氣補槍說 門口有寫這裡低消是一杯大杯飲料你不知道嗎？ 我開店以來一直都是大杯飲料。

我整個滿頭問號 我想說你就重新再介紹一次就好了== 一般不管走進哪間咖啡店，很多也都會重新介紹消費方式有必要那麼兇嗎? 而且我也沒說話當下也立即改點大杯，也沒跟他凹。

所以我就給了負評一顆星表示態度很差^^ 後來他就直接過來跟我說退我錢說飲料送給我，我整個傻眼。 說 這裡環境角落位置你也不喜歡吧！ 直接叫我走人。 他還補一句說這裡的顧客我都認識，是你評的我沒認錯吧。 老闆態度重頭到尾都超跩超不尊重人^^ 我也沒想當下吵架的意願，於是收完東西...

☕️淡江大學旁邊一間相當舒服的微深夜咖啡廳！

⚠️內用限時4小時。 🛜有Wi-Fi。 🔌所有座位都有插座。 ✅低消：一杯飲料。 🕛營業到午夜。

位在淡江大學「金雞母」這邊的一家微深夜咖啡廳，淡江這附近營業到比較晚的咖啡廳似乎不太多，我目前只查到這一家。 雖然有限時，但一杯飲料可以坐四小時也算相當佛心了，尤其是這家的飲料價格很便宜，大多數都在100元以內（2024.9月價格），而且大杯是真的很大一杯（超過700mL）。 甜點蛋糕也不錯，而且價格也不貴，以台北市區不限時咖啡廳一杯飲料的價格，在這裡可以點得了一杯大杯飲料+一份甜點了！

內用座位不太多就是了，有五組桌子，還有三個吧檯位，桌子型座位的桌子很大，夠放筆電沒問題。 每個位子都有插座，店內環境也算是安靜，因此蠻適合讀書、工作的，但聊天...
