2020.08.18 = ★★★★☆ ◉推薦：豆花、芋頭。 ◉豆花豆味非常濃郁；芋頭軟綿，充滿甘甜。 ◉糖水稍稍失色一點。 😆 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝【豆味兒】是最近才在地圖上搜尋到的，看一下照片，外觀跟餐點，看起來都頗為不錯。今天吃完牛肉走一遭，我的豆花第217碗😁。店面看起來就是新店木質小清新風，內用座位不多，約莫容納10人。配料看了一下，圓類品項普通，還是挑了最上相的芋頭跟花生。😁 ☑豆花(45元) = 45元挑兩種料。外觀上碗看起來小，但是頗深，分量還是足夠的。先看豆花，豆花口感偏綿密，入口，有非常濃郁的豆味揮之不去，但總覺得有點單調，應該是無糖的關係。糖水部分，就稍微平淡了點。花生可以，口感有軟綿，香氣一般；但是芋頭就真的相當不錯了，口感煮得軟綿，含在嘴裡就像是含芋泥似的，糖甜度適中，不壓過芋頭自有的甘甜，相當滿意。整體來說，5分，還算是一碗品質不差的豆花。

店內小巧可愛又溫馨，整體空間整潔明亮，照明是採用鎢絲燈，讓冷清的中和街道多了幾分陽光的溫暖。今天點了糖水豆花，加三份料（綠豆、薏仁、鳳梨）每種食材都可以吃到其食物原有的新鮮，可見所有食材都是由老闆親自製作，絲毫沒有偷用罐頭充數的意思。聽老闆說，每天都起了大早去市場買食材回來熬煮，才有檯面上這些好吃的配料可選！但我最後忘了拍照，只拍了張自拍😂 對我生財～也希望豆味兒能大生財～
