However, it is like a war here, and I think they should consider how to limit the numbers of parents or asking some staff here to manage the kids to wait in line or behave here. Spoke to the store manager to figure out the logistics of holding a birthday party but he had a very lazy and non-approachable (don’t care) attitude answering my questions, not able to give specific price per person despite me offering detailed number of guests. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Too many children (we went on a Friday afternoon)and very expensive! No control over the children. Some parents sit outside (because you have to pay to get inside) and dont watch their children. No division in age inside... so not recommended for younger kids.. and lastly no control by the staff.. so some kids just go there own way (no parents control no staff control).
