Read more有天應該是要來到永和亖號公園這找某間早就設定要探索的店,到了那附近才發現遇到了店休,已經也懶得再尋找備案,所以隨便路邊看到了就決定吃這家。坐下來才發現,這間和南機廠夜市那原本也有間賣臭豆腐的好似有點關係?那間似乎成名之后,也鬧了分家,在南機廠那就直接開了另外一間;但在印象之中,在分家之前,這間應該是已經開了?早秊打完球之后,會跑來這附近與球友打撲克牌,似乎也在這吃過?
上來之後的蒸臭豆腐味道與早些年在南機廠時,已有所不同。那時豆香味道更足,發酵的臭味也更重。這味道是還OK,豆腐的口感就有點軟硬不一,總有些部分吃下去覺得可以再蒸得透一點,火候掌握得沒有以前好。但整體味道是與江浙館子的蒸臭豆腐有幾分相似之處,不過畢竟兩者價格差是擺在那的,以路邊吃個這樣的水平,是OK的啦!
倒是素獅子頭菜飯有點讓我訝異。因為對素食沒啥興趣,會吃上這回也純粹發懶看到它,也懶得再找其它店家而已。但沒想到這配菜的水平竟然還可以,不論是涼拌花椰菜、豆皮或白菜滷,都要比一般自助餐強多了,是那種可以吃的配菜──姑且不論是不是素食的部分。
玻璃板的桌面其寔很清潔的,但是店家維持得著實挺糟,一接觸就感覺黏呼呼的,應該沒認真清理過的模樣。寫食記的當下,才去Google店家資訊,這才發現分數竟然這麼低?七百多篇,能混到個3.4分,確實挺罕見的。哈哈哈~ ...
