在原有腹地廣大的公園裡，新增加了共融式遊戲場，暑假每日都人滿為患，白天熱呼呼也是有許多孩子在玩耍，兩座不同高度的磨石子溜滑梯在豔陽下曬得很燙，玩的時候要注意，除了樓梯、攀岩繩、攀岩牆外，還很貼心的有無障礙坡道可以上去溜滑梯上方。其他還有沙池、玩沙盤、特殊盪鞦韆(鳥巢、雙人鞦韆、單人鞦韆等)，一旁就有洗手洗腳池，非常方便，可惜的是草地是人造鋪皮。 停車方便(圖書館下方就有停車場)，搭乘大眾交通工具也很方便(捷運永安市場站、公車多路攏A通~)
