BOSS Coffee Kitchen — Restaurant in New Taipei

Food was good and even had a complimentary cake. The cakes had many options like choclate, swiss roll and cheese cake. I ordered the hot pot which had a generous serving of meat, vegetables and things like fish cake and an egg. The milk tea I ordered was milky but not overwhelmingly so woth a subtle hint of tea. The outside had an amazing view of the ocean. The cafe is a stone's throw away from the nearest TRA and bus stop along with the railway bicycle ride. I would reccomend sitting on the outside to enjoy the light ocean breeze. The toilets were spotless and would sugest to anyone that is at the cafe to use the toilets as it is one of the cleanest in the area. All in all, I would definitely reccomend this cafe to anyone...

Fantastic seaside cafe. With great seafood at a reasonable price and a nice view, you can’t lose. The fried fish was a highlight but the squid was magical. The stews were generous and full of flavor. 非常不愉快的用餐經驗 低消$140 寵物不友善 帶狗狗只能坐戶外 餐點很普通就是觀光區店的餐點飲料 夏天去坐戶外的話 服務人員會不告知就把風扇移走不給吹 然後還會在旁邊抽煙給你聞

大約14:00入座 入座的當下戶外走廊區 加我們和另一桌共兩桌人 戶外區位子旁有放幾台風扇 我們使用了其中一台對著自己桌吹 天氣很好 很熱 所以另一台遠處沒人使用的 我們也稍微轉向我們桌的方向吹 後續有其他客人來就移走了也很合理 畢竟真的很熱 接近15:00左右陸續有客人光臨 室內區沒座位了 只好在戶外區候位的客人 累積到第三組客人時 一名服務人員請他們先在戶外區入座候位 接著就直接把對著我們吹的風扇移走轉給後來的客人 服務人員離開後 也沒有其他風扇了 我們就把原本風扇移回來 同服務人員回來時 又直接把風扇移走轉給新來客 實在是太傻眼直接向該服務人員詢問 "請問是在趕我們走嗎??" 服務人員回" 沒有沒有 我們會再拿一台風扇來"

請問不論是否會再拿另台風扇出來 都不需要先告知知會一下嗎?? 一般的流程是不是告知新來客 "稍坐一下 我們去拿台風扇來"

怎麼會是把原本有客人在使用的風扇直接移走 而且完全沒有知會客人 並且還移了2次 第二次發現時也沒想起來要告知客人一下 完全沒有要尊重人的意思

結帳時 付完現金後 結帳人員詢問 請問是餐點有什麼問題嗎 告知剛剛的狀況後 得到"不好意思"的回覆 旁邊一位女士站過來 告知我 "剛剛該名人員有跟我說 我跟她說 那妳應該跟客人說....." 回覆女士貴店的服務訓練內容跟我沒關係 女士回答"不好意思 不好意思" (不清楚女士是那位 沒有告知我她是誰) 女士一路跟著我從室內結帳櫃檯走出店外 最後問我 ""那你覺得應該要怎麼處理""

我們是被迫坐外面而且是先到的客人 我們也有付錢消費 兩度這樣不尊重的對待 非常沒有價值的 "不好意思" 聽起來一點誠意都沒有 店家後續表現完全不覺得這有什麼的大不了的 感覺就是在趕客人 那我們就趕快滾了 真是"不好意思"

這期間就只有一位男服務人員 服務非常好...
