什麼都好，就是廁所太髒，還有店員態度差。 我早上約九點到達，放個包包之後去點餐，點完餐之後想說去個廁所，結果一打開廁所門所見之景，真的是非常噁心。就如照片一樣，而且我還已經擦過馬桶的坐墊了。 我覺得噁心不敢上，下樓去拿取餐點時跟店員反應，結果有著染色短髮的女店員口氣很不好的說：「我們每天都有打掃。」我依然客氣地回：「但是現在的確很髒，如果可以麻煩你們抽空去清理，尤其是地板。」 店員聽到是地板，就立刻說：「地板本來就是這樣，那是磁磚的花紋。」 我敢試問各位的明眼，照片中的地板，究竟是污漬及鞋印，還是磁磚的花紋？ 更何況我當日已經算早到，2樓只有不到10位客人，究竟是你們店員沒有一開店即刻清掃，還是覺得客人找碴？ 我知道公共廁所難以維護，若是回應態度尚佳，都還可容忍，但回應是如此睜眼說瞎話、逃避責任，我真的不能不發評論。 更何況廁所如此之髒，管理的態度如此，怎麼能保證做餐的環境也是乾淨？ 此點再不改善，也只能通報相關單位來處理了。

在咖啡廳聚會要注意會不會影響其他顧客，也許你們自己影響到其他人被投訴而不自知，店家有時侯會覺得多一事不如少一事，也不想跟你們溝通。你們有10個人來消費沒錯，可是當你們大聲說話嘻鬧，會影響到的顧客數量遠高於你們的認知，要作你們10個人的生意卻要讓其他人被困擾，要是我是店家也會選擇用相同方式來處理。

很多人覺得自己是消費者就理直氣壯的，有時候自己成為了奧客還不自知（甚至是不願意承認），如此一來誰敢跟您說真話呢？

或許你們吵到了別人並非故意，但還不如好好的向店員循問「之前是不是吵到了其他顧客」，如果你覺得這裡是個很棒的聚會空間，就應該盡力去瞭解人家為何要這樣做，在雙方都能同意與認知的情況下達成協議；路易莎得到常態好客，你們得到每天聚會的空間⋯⋯
