外送來的餐點… 浸泡在咖啡的磚壓！反映給店家一開始說是我們自己打翻, 後來我們說可以提供照片, 老闆娘口氣越來越不好還大聲斥喝說有問題你們就反映給平台啊...  平台會處理！！！ 再來是點的火腿起司磚壓… 起司大概只有吐司的1/4…. 小孩一直很愛路易莎的起司火腿磚壓，平均一週兩次，吃了那麼多次那麼多家路易莎…. 這間店的磚壓我真的是無言... 最後只想說..... 請不要敗壞路易莎的招牌！！！不管是服務或是食物品質！

用app點餐兩個雙層豬肉馬芬堡、一個單層的豬肉馬芬堡，還有兩杯錫蘭紅茶⋯回到家要吃⋯還沒拆開就發現外包裝寫雙層堡一個比較重一個比較輕⋯還在想要不要拆開怎麼跟店員說 後來打電話跟老闆說我的狀況該怎麼辦 老闆說對不起要再補我一個雙層堡⋯服務態度很好👍，總之下回點餐取餐時先看一下有沒有錯再離開 不然回到家早餐沒得吃，破壞心情⋯還得再跑一趟很浪費時間😮‍💨

❤️廁所提供酒精可擦拭坐墊💛 早上約9:46來已人潮滿滿 但有二樓 座位算多 桌子亦算乾淨 點餐ㄉ女生很友善💜

［內用］ 我點新早餐運動：$65 #火腿起士蛋堡 （花生醬愛好者有花生醬就是讚）（大小跟麥當當豬肉滿福堡類似）（配飲料才有飽感） #超值奶茶 熱的 無糖 很好喝！！！ 但是----------------- 熱的 卻用ㄌ塑膠膜包 還只能用吸管喝 ！因為塑膠膜拆不開！ ！因為塑膠膜拆不開！ ！因為塑膠膜拆不開！ 封膜和紙杯內的塑膠膜黏住ㄌ 故給三顆心是因使用吸管跟外帶杯ㄉ浪費😰😰😰 希望以後內用...

剛才經過常去的此店，想去點杯冰咖啡，進店後排第二位點餐，店內此時也沒什麼客人，前面一個點餐完，輪到我時，店員請我稍等一下，就先去後台幫忙泡，我也ok...

唯一給的一顆星就是環境算不錯 但店員們的臉一個比一個還臭簡直讓人不敢恭維 尤其是一個沒戴眼鏡個子不高綁馬尾的早班女員工 客客氣氣的去問說：請問平日二樓是沒有開放嗎？ 她竟然用相當不耐煩的語氣回覆：平日沒有開放喔不好意思！

我感到相當錯愕 我也不是沒做過餐飲業 ...
