I am an international student who worked part-time at the Masala Zoon Restaurant in Hsinchu. I regret to inform you of a distressing experience I had with the owner of the restaurant.

After my departure from the job, my last salary remained pending for over three months. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the owner regarding my unpaid wages, I was met with rudeness and was ultimately blocked from contact. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflective of a workplace that does not value its employees.

I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential customers and employees about the practices at Masala Zoon Indian Restaurant. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment based on my experience.

Finally got a chance to meet the boss. I’d been eating at the other branch in Sanzhi district for a long time and wanted to visit this location for a long time. Very enjoyable evening. Well presented, delicious curry.

Indian voyage cheese they used was the one I had been craving for and for the first time I was not disappointed with the authenticity of paneer.

Great vide, good music, three cute Bengal cats and enjoyable atmosphere.

I must also mention the taste of curry, which is usually cooked with Taiwanese dinners in mind, but before I said it, it was everything I could ask for. It wasn’t sweet as other Indian restaurants and Taipei, it was exactly what you’d expect in Mumbai...

We were looking for an Indian restaurent in Taipei and maps suggested me this restaurent nearby to my current location. I visited this place and staff were nice, but don't get me started on food.

I ordered some vegetarian/vegan food for take-away and it turned out to be really bad. Roti's/chapati's were hard and turning black. It seems they've used old dough to make them. Paneer wasn't fresh as well. It was really hard to chew. I'm from India, but I'm not comparing it with the food we get in India, but it was bad as per Taipei's standard too.
