MO-MO-PARADISE St. Ignatius Plaza Branch — Restaurant in New Taipei

First restaurant I revisited post COVID-19. Due to current Taiwanese Gov regulation they need to keep distance between guests and also use separation panel. We were party of 4 but were given 10 seats. A table with 6 seats for 2 and the rest seated in a separate table. Since they serve hot pot we were offered 4 pots, one for each regardless if you are child or not. However we weren't allowed to chose different broth flavors. The rest of service is about the same. This is due to Taiwanese COVID regulation and enforced even if you are a family of 4 with child. By doing this, kind of took away the fun of a family eating and sharing the food. It was also cumbersome to cook for the kid (and I believe it's dangerous to a degree). We couldn't talk to each other without raising our volume. A shout out for the staffs. They are trying very hard to cope with COVID. Their excellent service really matters. However I probably will chose to stay home until regulation is lifted. Food is good as always. Flavor varied a little bit probably due to the hiatus of past months. If you are party of more than 2, probably consider before visiting. In the meantime consider staying home and stay...

2/5 for the taste (for me), I think they also use cheap meat because it tastes the same as the sale meat sold in supermarkets. The soup and dipping sauce are also not good. It's just to fill the stomach, I don't know what's special about the foods. The store opens during CNY. The...

以上為2/28當天個人用餐體驗。前幾次用餐狀況良好。

今天點了799和牛吃到飽方案。一點完店員就把一般肉類的菜單收走，直到隔壁桌詢問我們才知道也可以點和牛之外的肉類。店員不曾主動提醒。

和牛的菜單裡面，有提供一份和牛握壽司、拉麵以及甜點（奶酪、抹茶慕斯、還有一個我忘記了 三選一） 只能說…都很不ok，和牛握壽司很柴，拉麵送上來是涼的，甜點感覺像吉利丁加太多一樣。

今天服務也不ok。 8:15入座，可能人手不夠，店員來幫我們點餐時已經是8:25。 推車詢問要不要加菜的店員來的次數很少，因為拉麵太難吃跟店員要了白飯，等到9點跟店員2次提醒才送上來。最後9:15左右跟店員點了大白菜跟百頁到我們吃完甜點都沒送到，可能白菜還在田裡等待採收吧。

總而言之，第一：799的和牛菜單不推薦大家點，肉類品質的確有比一般的肉類來得好。不過大概就是70分跟75分的差距。附贈的餐點甘那賽，認真覺得500多塊的那個菜單就很棒了～

第二：千萬不要挑選晚上8:00前往，你會有種把服務費丟水裡的感覺。付一樣的錢，看到蔬菜推車的時間90分鐘僅3次，缺東缺西，要碗飯等15分鐘，要個菜還在種，還要接受店員的不耐煩。在9:30的時候去甜點發現水晶球都沒了也不補，可能是吃最後一輪的客人不是客人。在吃甜點的時候（大概9:40）旁邊店員就臭臉一邊收盤子。 是你們自己說營業時間到晚上10點的，此次頗有種被趕的fu。

————————————————————————— （看到谷歌的按讚通知所以回來補充） 事情發生當天有去官網寫客訴，到現在還石沈大海。又看到最新幾則留言依然有反應同樣的服務問題跟補菜太慢。難道Momo paradise的官網也就是擺著好看而已？亦或是克服小天使去養牛了？內部服務的問題根本沒有改進，可能保持著不缺你一個客人的看法？...
